Dr. Brian Spears has joined our dental team.
During the past few years I have been searching for a Dentist with exceptional academic, professional and personal background to join me as an associate in my practice. As many of you know transition is not only tough but exciting. I have known Dr. Spears for some time, and I am confident he is the right fit for all of us.
Dr. Spears grew up in Yorktown Virginia. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from James Madison University. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he graduated Cum Laude. After dental school he completed a residency program at the University of Florida, Jacksonville. This Advanced Education in General Dentistry program focused on dental implants - a specialty of our dentistry practice.
In addition to Dr. Spears' academic achievements, we are proud of his goal of complete dentistry, his caring attitude, as well as his penchant for community involvement. He has been involved in a variety of volunteer activities, providing dental care in both Mission of Mercy and Jamaica projects. Dr. Spears' interests out of the office are ALL things related to sports. He loves golf, fishing and snowboarding in his free time.
Dr. Spears' philosophies regarding practice and patient care are very much aligned with those my staff and I have championed the past 15 years. He is a friendly, caring professional with uncompromising personal and professional standards. I am confident that our valued patients will share in our enthusiasm as we welcome Dr. Brian Spears to our practice.
